The Lord this morning brings truth to the surface, freedom from the enemy and our flesh. And won't you come prepared at five o'clock to share what our Master has done in your life? Don't regurgitate a sermon; it's supposed to be you giving declaration.

I was freed of this. I was doing that. And He set me free. You realize all the patron saints always confessed boldly in Scripture. I was like Paul, you know. I was a hypocrite. I was a liar. I was a thief. I was a murderer. And then I met Him, and He changed me.

He did have a zeal for God. And I'd like to quote to you a Scripture in beginning our thought process: Romans 15:4, "whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction." I look at the Old Testament as a hologram that shows what God's nature is like. It shows what His actions are like towards people who want to walk in His presence and with Him.

And His actions are full of mercy until we cross Him. And then His actions are the most fierce on planet Earth. Why? Because I am His bride. He doesn't mind the Egyptians and the Philistines crossing Him. He could care less. But when I am His beloved, and I am intertwined with His heart, when I cross Him, His fierce wrath comes up so I can see it and quickly get the matter straightened out.

How gracious of Him to do so! I would say if you're a good parent, your kids are quick to see your wrath. And if they're not, then shame on you. Because out of that, they'll understand the wrath of God will hit them quickly if they disobey. We need those lessons, don't we?

Now, I realize the "woes" out there don't believe that. And of course, that's why they're Wookiees and live in some trees somewhere, hopefully not close by. So we want to begin in Romans chapter 15, verse 4, for whatever was written in earlier times was written for my personal instruction. It's not yours; it's mine. I'm going to claim that.

So that through perseverance, now we watched Israel go through persevering. And what was the persevering? The persevering was, it wasn't in the plenty of times that God sent them that they were doing His will. The persevering was persevering as a result of the snakes that they turned loose. And they had to endure those for a long time, did they not?

Until they paid fully what they owed. God never let the Israelites rob Him one time of 390 years of Sabbaths. In other words, 390 years they didn't show up for Sunday service. And so He sent them, He added it up. How many know God's got a really good, accurate calculator? Okay, that's 70 years of Sundays. Off you go! Jolly good. Have a good trip. See you in about 70 years.

I had to fully read what they had sown. But in the midst of that, then God sent some of His men, Daniel and Ezra, and other guys, to begin to give them instructions on how they might warm up to Him rightly. And the right prayer that was prayed, O Father, God in heaven, me and my fathers and my whole family have sinned against you. We've turned our face against you. We've been haughty towards you.

Our fathers, our children, every one of us have gone astray. That's the way the prayers of real men of God start out. No hem-hawing, no excuses. And I remind you that Jesus called us out of the excusitarian club. I realize if you were religious, that was your religion of choice, the excusitarian club.

We come up with excuses of why we didn't do it His way. And what does God do? He perseveres with us and he allows the snakes to chase us down and us to swell up and get bloated. And then we cry out, oh God, I think I may have done something wrong. Still unwilling to confess what it is. But He gives us a word of encouragement.

And that word of encouragement? Jesus coming in person. He's the Word, is He not? And He came to give us encouragement. Okay, you deserve to die. You're a skunk, dirty rat and a snake breeder. You're snakes. There's a word of encouragement. If we'll come to Him and stay in Him, as the Scriptures have said, then we might have hope.

There's no hope outside of us being inside Jesus. And when I'm outside in myself, being the "tater," you know what a tater is? It's similar to a tater tot. It's called a dictator of your own life. Mr. Potato Head, have you ever heard of that tater tot?

That's a dictator. He wants to dictate what he's going to do in life. And God has already dictated to us from His great throne. If you want to be a part of My family, here's what you do.

In the book of Revelation, chapter 21 and verse 4, it says, "He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there will be no longer any death, and there will be no longer any mourning or crying or pain, and the first things have passed away."

Some throw that to the very end. I throw that to the very beginning of beginning to walk with Jesus. Because when I come into Him, I'm no longer walking in the death of my own ways. And I'm no longer mourning about who I was because I'm a new creature in Him.

And I'm no longer crying. How can I be crying if He says rejoice in all things? See, My eternity starts by me being in Him and staying in Him. And there won't be any more pain. How can we rejoice if we're always in pain? But if we're in Him, He's already taken the pain.

And what is the greatest pain of all? It's called a pain in the neck! What's your name? Hello? You're a pain in God's neck. Now, you may have used my name. That probably wasn't right. You might have to reword that to Him.

Jesus, I've been a pain in Your neck. And I thank You for enduring with me. And I thank You. When I'm with Him, no matter what I'm going through, I'm not in tears. My heart is not wounded and crying. Only when I'm in my flesh am I wounded and crying.

I hate that fleshly creature. Only when I'm in my flesh am I in pain. Many of you know I've had 3,642 and a half kidney stones. And I have learned that if I'm in Him, sometimes I have no pain. I feel it.

But somehow, the last kidney stone I passed, I don't know, what was it, about three, four months ago, something like that, that was the size of an eraser and a pencil on my left side that came out. And I knew I had one, but I had no idea it was that size.

I thought, "My goodness, it was a 10 centimeter by about 20 centimeter goose egg." There will no longer be any pain. So I know He's saying this then, but I'm relating it to now. Being with Jesus is being in eternity with Him now.

And there's a difference between us being theologians, which a theologian is a man under man's auspices, man's thinking, under fleshly thought, looking at something God said, God wrote. And reinterpreting that with our own mind and then coming up with a way out of what we think might please Him and trying to please Him our way.

Cain tried to do that, really? He brought a watermelon. He was a vegetable raiser, remember? He brought a watermelon, what he thought might please God. And what we think will please God will not and will never please God.

The only thing that pleases Him is faith. Are you in agreement with me about that? What is faith? What's the definition of faith? Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. It's not Theo. It's Christos. Right?

Faith comes when we hear the voice of Jesus speaking to us. So faith means I have to be in His presence. I have to have a revelation of Him. I have to have an understanding of what He's saying. And if He's not speaking, do I have faith? No.

I cannot have faith unless He is speaking. A theologian is not in His presence to hear what pleases Him. A theologian would do what Scripture says, like the Pharisees did, to please Him in their own understanding. But yet, can they please Him because it's not of faith?

Because the origin of it is them not standing in His presence. If you're going to stand in His presence, it's the only place you can find out what pleases Him. And it will be very personal. And He will not tell you how to direct His church.

He will tell you how to get hold of your wrong hairdo. He will tell you how to trim the hair sticking out of your nose and the hair sticking out of your ears. He will not get you to set up a barbershop to trim other people's nose hairs.

I hate to be so ugly and graphic, but God has to give you an insight into how our vile actions look before Him. And if I read the prophets right, they were using things like camel dung and worse things. I'm not quite there yet.

But some of you might say, yeah, you are. Well, praise God. At least you understand. It's horrible to Him. He's a God of righteousness, of purity, of holiness. His heavens shine with the light of His presence and the hope of everything being in unison with Him. It is glory.

It is rainbows reflecting everywhere of everything doing it His way. And if you want to become a rainbow of His, then all you have to do is reflect what He says. Rainbow reflects and splits the light into different bandwidths, and it's reflecting that bandwidth.

And God can speak to you in amazing bandwidth. So one minute, you're absolutely glowing bright red the next minute, the bright blue in the next minute. Why? Because He's speaking to you and that rainbow is responding to what He's saying and making the colors and rainbows pleasing Him because that rainbow does not form unless He says, "Earth, remind them of My promise."

He spoke. And when He speaks into your heart, the rainbows begin to reflect His glory and His purposes in His mind.

And in the midst of His presence, then I can say, I'm in agreement with You. I'm in You. All things have passed away.

This particular Scripture has always had deep meaning to me because I've never seen it as the future. I've seen it in my life as the present. It is the present. He has the capacity to do this now. If you will come to Him and stay in Him.

And get hold of your ears and make yourself listen. Somebody was taking notes the other day, and I had to say, stop taking notes because you can't hear. Faith comes by hearing, not scribbling.

Would you agree with that? Can you imagine God standing there giving Moses the Word?

That's why God wrote it with His finger. "Thou shalt not." Wait, wait. How do you spell that? Is that an old King James? And see, we totally lose the concept of what God is trying to say as we're chiseling away, trying to entrap Him by what we wrote down.

Instead of hearing, make the Lord your God, your God. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, soul, and body. And have no other before Me.

Now, I got half of that. Can I get you to repeat that center part? If you're going to hear, you're going to have to put your pencils down and get your pencil sharpened around and put it on your head where you can hear.

Because Jesus is speaking right now through His Word, through His Spirit, into your mind and into your heart, giving you an indication through His sovereign instructions. You need some tears wiped away. Mostly what we cry about is our way that we didn't get.

You need Him to wipe away those tears. How about we wipe away those actions? And there will no longer be any death. Death means that you cannot sense Him when He walks in the room.

And if you can't, you're not going to dive on the floor before Him. And if you don't, you have not had the right response, have you?

When Jesus walks into heaven, what do all the creatures in heaven? There's one that makes the loud pronouncement, holy. In other words, He's coming.

And what's the response? Before He arrives, everybody's on their face and they've taken away their authority and say, "I have none." They've taken away their position. I have none.

For if you have a position, the greatest position you can hold and the highest position is one of just being in His presence. If you're not holding that position and you have a different crown of authority, you won't bow and you'll lose your crown.

Matter of fact, He will count it that it's dangerous for you to wear it because it makes you stand upright or sit upright when you should be face down.

Which means you want to rule your temple. Or is it your temple? What does the Scripture say? Your body is the temple of who's your name? Is your body the temple of what's your name?

Or is it supposed to be the temple of the Holy Spirit? What do you do in ruling it? If your body is His temple, then you can't paint the walls and rearrange the furniture. It's His temple.

And if you even want any furniture, you're going to have to listen to Him. He'll back up the truck that comes from the Amazon warehouse in heaven, no doubt.

Let's go on. Isaiah 9 to the people who walk in darkness. Hello.

That's you. That's me. We walk in darkness. If Jesus is not in the midst of it, I have to admit I'm in darkness. I'm in my own thoughts. I'm in my own understandings. I'm in my own thinking. I walk in darkness.

And what do I have to see? I have to see Him. If you're not seeing Him when He comes, did He come this morning?

Were you lost in your darkness? And did the Holy Spirit immediately deal with your darkness?

Hello? Before we ever got started, wait a minute. We're supposed to have a merry little time and sing a merry little song. No! There's something wrong. Fix it.

Yes, Lord. It'll interrupt service. Whose service is it? Well, it's yours. They need help. They can't see my light. They're in darkness.

Will you speak the truth? Will you be My fool?

Now, how many of you know I'm a fool? You can raise your hand, honestly.

If we admit I walk in darkness, especially the darkest darkness there is is when we become theologians. Those who live in a dark land, that's a theologian. The light will shine on them.

There's a light shining on you right now. If it is, it's because Jesus says, "Here I am. I was here and I set you free."

I got some more work to do in you, but I fixed the immediate thing. I killed that little snake.

Can we inspect you to see if you've got any snake eggs in your pocket? I surprised the teacher one time. I wasn't mischievous, but I love jokes.

Now, how many of you know that and can testify?

And I read this thing in... I don't know, Boy's Book of Knowledge or so. You take an envelope and you write on it, "Rattlesnake eggs."

And then you take a bobby pin and you separate it and you bend the two ends and you run a rubber band through a button and then hang it on the two ends of the bobby pins and clamp.

And then you wind that button up really tight and you stick it in the envelope and you squeeze it. And now you seal it.

And it's got rattlesnake eggs. Now, if you hand it to a person and they say, "What?" Rattlesnakes don't lay eggs.

And how many of you know rattlesnakes lay eggs? That's a true statement.

And when they're opening that, that button, it's wonderful. They have a revelation they need Jesus.

We live in a dark land and we carry rattlesnake eggs with us. And so when we come to meet with God, was God standing in front of them, giving them compliments?

Or was He standing in front of them, telling them, "Avoid these things so you won't have problems?" Which one? Yeah.

And most of the pseudo snake egg layers out there that are adders, the black adders of darkness, they're telling people you're okay.

When if you come and meet with God, He says, well, let me tell you how you can be okay. Let me tell you how you can be okay, which means we're not.

And then He wholeheartedly describes how we're not okay with Him. That's His light shining on us.

And if we, oh, it's too bright, it's too bright. I remember going and visiting Jackie's grandmother.

And I love bright light. I don't know why.

Last time I went to the doctor, the eye doctor, they said, well, you're forming a couple of cataracts.

He said, this thing looked pretty dark. Yeah, light's off right now. It was, we're in a dark room.

And he said, well, you're not big enough yet.

Affect your vision, you still have 20-20 vision. And to me, that's bad. See, I had 10-10 vision all my life up until just a few months ago. Now I've got 20-20.

You look blurry. And I'm thinking, have I always been so blurry to you? No wonder you think things of God are blurry. You just have 20-20 vision.

But see, we can always get glasses and not colored glasses.

So there's a problem that I have that I have to have the lights on in the house because it's double dark to me.

And whenever I would go see Jackie's grandmother with Jackie, she never, I swear her electric bill must not have been over a dollar a month. Walking in the room, it's dark, you know. Maybe the refrigerator light's on or something.

That reminds me, every time I get up, with those cataracts going, it's not affecting my vision, but it affects my ability to be able to see because things are darker.

Instant sunglasses, let's get a look at the good side, but it should not be.

Here is the cleaned-up version of the sermon transcription with proper punctuation, capitalization, and natural paragraphs:

He wanted the baptism of the Holy Spirit. And now you can have the baptism of the Holy Spirit and still turn out to be a bad character. Did you realize that? You can have the baptism of the Holy Spirit and gifts of speaking in tongues and laying on of hands and healing the sick and raising the dead. And that's our crowd because we believe in those things standing before God.

And what does God make the statement to them? Or are they making a statement to him? He's going to say, "I didn't know you." I don't know you. But it can't be true. We were baptized in the Holy Spirit. We healed the sick. We raised the dead. We did all these things in your name.

He said, "You were a worker of iniquity." Can I paraphrase what happened? You used my glory. You used my power for your edification and your glory, and you didn't use my spirit to come to me and know me. I do not know you, and the things that you did will not be remembered because everything you did was a worker of iniquity.

You were telling me that you were going to be used by me, and you're not usable. You could have been redeemed and redeemable, but you were not used by me because everything you wanted was for your glory. So if you tell me you have the baptism of the Holy Spirit, it doesn't eliminate the evil that you want to do. It's just a better connection.

But if you get a better cell phone connection, what can you do? You can play on Facebook more. Facebook is where you're looking at yourself, looking at your own face, what you want to think, what you want to do. You're playing. So our hope is supposed to be about his appearing right now, not his appearing at the second coming.

My whole hope. And there is no hope unless I understand Jesus is here. And if I wash my hands, clean hands, and what do I do with my heart? A pure heart. Who does the purification? The Holy Spirit does. What do I need to be purified? My thoughts, my ways.

When you're walking in heaven, if you make it. Do you think you'll have any thoughts about anything outside of what God has made and for God's purposes? I don't think so. So every thought that I have from me, myself, and I about the circumstances of life, I will not have those thoughts there.

So can I see what the contaminant is that will keep me from going there? Matter of fact, how do you even fulfill the first and greatest command, love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, soul, and body? If you're interchanging with the world. If you want to be a part and you're trying to get your camping spot, you're trying to get your house, you're trying to get your car, you're trying to get your business.

Those are things for here and it has nothing to do with heaven. We're supposed to be trying to get in the presence of Jesus as he walks us through those things, learn how to walk with him at work, learn how to walk with him when demons come up and start hollering.

You know, we had that experience. Isn't that right, girls? Yeah. Did you all see the demons come? I mean, this lady was on fire, wasn't she? Yeah. And, you know, if you weren't really deep in the Lord, you couldn't even sense. This is the moment that demons have arrived.

We had a good experience about that. And no wonder for the area that we live in is filled with those things. But the problem is, how are they influencing your lives? The scripture says our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities and powers of darkness.

Or in the Greek, it says ruling cosmocraters. Those are the ruling cosmocraters. That's the fallen angels in the second heaven that talk to... The forces of disembodied spirits after the flood that are left here on the earth, they give them their daily instructions of how to distract you from God.

Or better yet, how to get you to resist God, to tick God off. How to get you to do it your way for your benefit, which God will have nothing to do with you if you live life your way for your benefit. So our greatest hope, my only hope, is Jesus.

You, I need you to appear because if you're more real to me, I act different. If you're more real to me, I'm conscious of your loving favor, but I'm also conscious of the Father's wrath. And I'm also conscious that I can tick the Father off, that the Father wants to kill me like a red ant.

And Jesus goes in and intercedes for me. You can tick the Father off. Matter of fact, God, if the father makes the statement, you better be kissing the son or my wrath will come and find you. Why aren't you kissing the son for what he's done for you and is doing for you?

And Stanley stands before me and sprinkles his blood fresh just for you, just for me. What's our hope supposed to be? A mind that comes alive with Jesus standing in our midst.

That's supposed to be your greatest hope on planet Earth, not a new house, not a new way, not a better this or a better that. When you get to heaven, will you have a better this or a better that thought? I don't think so.

Matter of fact, when we get to heaven, who's the light? Jesus and the Father. No longer any need for the sun and the moon. For the Father and the Son are our total light.

I would submit to you, if the Father and Son can be our total light then, and Jesus says, "I am the light of men, am I a man here in this body, here on this earth, and am I in great darkness?"

And did he not make the statement that his great light is shining in the darkness? Why aren't we chasing that light? His very presence. Ephesians 5:14. For this reason, it says, "awake, O sleeper." Now, a sleeper is somebody that's not dead, dead.

Anybody remember that? Not dead, you. Awake, sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you. Arise from your own thinking. Arise from your own... Spider web of thoughts of what needs to be done here on earth by you and for you.

And that's a spider web. If you're weaving a web of what you're going to do for yourself and how you're going to protect yourself. You know, my prayers, the whole thing catches on fire.

And I hope you're in the midst of it, because at least when you're in hospital, your skin burn off. Maybe you'll turn to Jesus. Because it's better that your soul be saved than you keep anything here.

And whatever pain you've got to go through to get there. But it doesn't have to be that way. You can come to Jesus in great joy. With rejoicing. We enter the gates and we enter the courts with praise and thanksgiving. Do we not?

So there's two ways you can go in. A hospital stretcher going, I need you, I should listen. Or rejoicing. Arise from your thinking.

I hope if you get anything out of this, you understand your thinking is dead to his presence. And your thinking will cause you to reason so that you cannot see his presence, feel his presence. And you cannot hear the conviction that the Holy Spirit will bring to you of things, conviction of if you don't do that, we can stand in his presence.

If you don't do that, you'll be able to hear his voice. If you stop doing this, or if you start doing this, now he will manifest himself. But he can't come to this person that wants to clothe themselves.

Most of us think we have a righteous department store of clothing. So we dress ourselves in our own thoughts and our own ways that are religiously right. Of course, we wouldn't dress plaid or anything, or checks, because that's not religiously right.

Instead, we'll go to the rack of what we think will be pleasing that will cover our shame. There's nothing that will cover our shame except Jesus, who will not cover it. He will take it away.

And if we allow him to take it away and we agree with him and come into him and stay in him, now that thing cannot return. And I'll stay awake.

How many of you take long naps in between your visits with Jesus? Oh, Jesus, you're so wonderful. You met me for a week. You go back to sleep in your humdrum life of my pleasures, my wants, my desires.

So who's saying awake, sleeper? Is it not the angels themselves say awake? Is it not an angel at the last moment that comes and preaches the gospel?

And what was the gospel? You don't know him. You're not obeying him. He's not standing in your midst. Repent. There's the gospel.

Repent about what? Everything that's within me. You can't miss it. There's nothing in you that doesn't need repentance. There's nothing in me.

Hebrews 6:18. God did this for two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie. Now, who's talking to them? The high apostle, Paul, God's man that Jesus speaks to face to face in person.

And he's explaining to them why Jesus came and the application of his blood. And the application of his presence. Because Jesus, Paul always went around talking about the resurrection of Jesus. Can I put that rightly in your mind?

He wasn't talking about what the Romans did. He mentioned it. But what he talked about was Jesus who's on present. The resurrected Jesus who's standing here.

Why can't you see him? The resurrected Jesus, who's speaking to me right now, why aren't you hearing him? The resurrected Jesus, who's supposed to hold my hand, and I'm supposed to hold his, and I'm supposed to be his companion.

So his whole gospel was about Jesus being alive in our midst. Matter of fact, if you look at Athens, when he was on the Aragopolis, up there talking to all the theologians of the world, he's talking about some dead guy coming alive.

No, he was talking about Jesus who was standing there telling these fools that he is God. That they didn't get it. Well, he's talking about somebody that came back from the dead. No, he's talking about somebody that's standing there who's God that they can interact with.

So everything that Paul had, his whole gospel, is God's not dead yet. He's here. How are you going to respond to this living God that's in your midst?

Because here's how I respond. I have fled to take hold of him who has set this hope before me that I might be greatly encouraged.

And if you will run and grab Jesus and the reality of his presence, there will be great hope that comes into your heart and you will have great encouragement. You're here, Jesus. You're here.

Where two or three are gathered in my name, I will be in their midst. My sheep know me. I call them by name. Can you hear your name going through the air from his lip?

Come to me, Hannah. Come to me, David. Come to me. Come to me. Can you hear him calling your name? If you can't hear him, then you're not his sheep yet.

It means you don't belong to him and you don't have his benefits. And it also means that you can't flee to him. What are we fleeing from?

Me? I have to flee from me. Me doesn't look like him, doesn't act like him, doesn't talk like him. Me is a pretty miserable creature. You can ask Jackie, when me shows up, it's a bad day for her.

So I have to flee to take hold of the hope. And what is the hope? It's his real, living Shekinah presence that I can walk with here and now.

My beloved Lord, my master. It changes the concepts of my thinking. It changes the derelictness of the plans I've made for the day. It changes my mind and my thinking that you're here, Lord.

Can I go with you today? I remember asking my dad when I was a youngster, about 11, Dad, can I go to work with you today?

And it was in the summertime. When I turned 12, he said, yes, son, you can come. But he made arrangements with his employer that I could come.

And the employer said, you bring him, I'll see if he's like other kids. Or I'll see if he's noble enough to keep his place, do what he's told. I came, he found out I was noble enough to keep my place.

So much so that he entrusted my dad to teach me how to run the presses. He taught me how to use the topper, how to use the steam machines, how to use the spotting machines, how to use the big washers, how to use the big dryer.

I'm 12 years old. I worked with my dad that summer and there was nothing in the dry cleaning plant that he did that I couldn't do.

But I had to keep my place in all those things. I had to be observed to see, are you doing the right? Is there anything you're doing that could be a danger?

Because I'm telling you, if you pick up a steam gun, it's got 150 pounds of pressure. It can blow both your eyes out of your head in a split second.

Can I be trusted enough to pick up this? And can I be trusted enough to use what it's for? Or will I just... Oh, this is fun!

Or will I use it for what it was meant to be used for? Take hold of this hope that Jesus is in our midst. Because if you do not have an understanding that Jesus is in our midst, how can we have hope?

Because the only thing that changes me and reigns me in is Jesus in our midst. Nothing else reigns me in. You've tried.

That didn't work. Somebody else tried. Jackie's tried. It doesn't work. You cannot reign me in. Are we in agreement, Jackie? The biggest gorilla on earth cannot reign Curtis in.

You know, they fall too. It might have to be with a club or a stick of dynamite, but they fall too. But who needs to fall?

On my face before Jesus is the only thing that my spirit can yield to. The only thing it will yield to. But if I'm on my face before Jesus yielding to him, all of a sudden I become this pliable thing that even yields to you.

Blessed be the God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. See, if you are trying to say he's your Father, not yet.

You've not earned your citizenship fully in heaven. Would you agree with that? And there's still a day that we will stand before the great white throne of judgment.

And you have to give an account for our ill-mannered actions for a God that was here that we did not see, we were not responsive to. To a God that offered us his ways and we substituted our ways.

But what we will see if we come into our Lord Jesus. That God gives us great mercy who, according to his great mercy, has caused us to be born again into a living hope.

I hope if you get anything out of this teaching today, you need to be born again that Jesus is in our midst. If that's not birthed in you, how can you enter the kingdom?

It says that if we're baptized or immersed in the water, that we can see that the kingdom is real. I was a good Baptist, I got immersed in water, and I knew the kingdom of God existed.

But Jesus makes a statement to Nicodemus, "I tell you, unless you're born of water and of the spirit, see, the water was you can see the kingdom, but the spirit was you can enter the kingdom. You can't enter the kingdom in your spirit."

That's why there are strong warnings when your spirit starts throwing fireballs.

No, no, I'm fine. Why are the Roman candles going off? The Romans attacked everything and tore it down so they could make slaves out of it. You've got Roman candles. You want to be in charge, especially of his kingdom.

Can I reword this? Because it says he's caused us to be born again to living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

He's caused us to become spiritually alive because of the presence of Jesus that is here, who was resurrected but now stands here, and he's alive. He's not dead. He's real.

And when my heart becomes convinced of that, my eyes behold that, my ears hear that, it changes the concept of why I'm here on the earth.

Isaiah 1:18. Come now, let us settle this matter, says the Lord.

Though your sins are like scarlet. Can we re-paraphrase that so we probably understand? So that all the things that you missed that God gave instructions about, which are just bloody mess.

See, God's given us instructions. And there's no excuse, even if we didn't know the instructions, it's hamatari in the Greek. We still didn't do what he wanted done. Would you agree with that?

And if we didn't do what he wanted done, and we did do what we want done for him, that's still hamatari.

See, no Pharisee could do what they wanted for God, no matter what, if they were feeding the orphans or widows. Nothing they did was acceptable before God. Nothing.

As a matter of fact, Jesus identified them who were Bible thumpers. Your father is Satan.

Now, why does Satan want to know Scripture? So he can rule the kingdom of God.

Jesus separated out and birthed the kingdom of God right in our midst because Satan was the prince of the air over the earth.

And so Jesus created another zone, and it's called the kingdom that's right here. But you can't come into it unless he's the king.

And you can't come into it with wrong thoughts. That's why we have to come into Jesus who is in our midst.

It's as though your whole lifestyle is missing what God says and doing it your own way, which is a bloody mess before him.

All these things, if we can get into his presence, will be made white as snow.

How many of you love snow? I love snow. Though they are red as crimson,

They shall be like wool.

We've had a service today where Jesus started off with our bloody sins, did he not?

Our resistance. He pointed it out straightway because he was nice and gave you time to think about it and you weren't thinking about it in the right way.

Matter of fact, you were thinking about those things and how he should change to accept your maladjusted, ill temperament.

Would you not agree with

Here is the cleaned-up version of the sermon transcription:

Jesus himself does this, and I am unable to get to the water of life - the water of a living mind that can see. A living God stands among us, aware of the kingdom of heaven, the angels in it, the seraphims, the wheels on the wheels, God on the throne, and Jesus, the Son, walking amongst the fiery stones.

And Jesus, the Son, walks in the presence of men in a special zone, a special dimension that could not come to the earth until he who owned a kingdom came to the earth. His name is Jesus, the Master and Ruler of the Universe. Isaiah 63 says, "Nations will come to your light." And actually, the word "nations" refers to the Gentiles - the people who were not part of God's people. That was us.

Have you come to his light this morning? Because if you have, you are a king of your own thoughts and processes and your own planet earth and your own business dealings and your own time. If you're a king of your own time, Jesus is not your King. And you cannot say that He is Lord unless you do what He says. He's not your Lord.

I meet many phony Christians who think they are Christians because they say, "Jesus is Lord." No, He's not. You do what you want, when you want, how you want. You live your own life. Jesus is not your Lord.

Why do you lie to yourself and say that Jesus is my Lord when you do what you want, when you want, where you want, how you want? I mean, you think that's the true rendition because it says that you can't call Him Lord unless you submit to Him. And you can't submit to Him because He won't even speak to you if He's not your Lord.

He'll send one of His little noisy clowns to tell you that you're the most unfaithful person He knows right now. That He's calling you to be faithful to Him. If you will come to His light, is His light blinding you right now? Are you like a deer in the headlights and can't see anything?

You can't see Him in the midst of it. And He says, "You're going to be run over by this car of choices that you have in your own life." And if you made yourself a king of your own life, I'm going to send you enough light that at least you can see the dawn.

I'm usually up before dawn, praying and talking to the Lord, spending a couple of hours with Him. And I watch it get lighter and lighter, the pre-dawn. And it reminds me...

Curtis, you're a king of your own life. See the darkness out there? Look, it's starting. I can see a car now. I can see this now. That's only through the brightness of Jesus physically, spiritually standing there does that light come forth.

So if you're a king of your own life, you need some brightness from Him, and His light is shining so bright in your face right now, it's blinding you. I hope it blinds your flesh so you can see spiritually.

Ephesians 5:8 says, "For you were formerly darkness, but now you are light in the Lord." So something about the light, if we will come to Him speaking and come into Him speaking, then I become a creature of light.

My hope, my greatest hope is that I can come into Him in reality, physically, spiritually, every day. And I can stay in Him more than an hour or 30 minutes.

Staying in Him is not a matter of prayer. The Pharisees said, "Well, I prayed two hours this morning, an hour this evening." But what was His light? If His light shone in their eyes, you wouldn't even have had to do that.

If Jesus is standing here speaking, do I need to pray or do I need to listen? Hello?

I was speaking with somebody not long ago, and the Lord just interrupted me and started speaking. And He spoke for about five minutes. And then when I got all through, their thought was, "Well, he didn't even pray."

Why would I interrupt the Lord with my prayer if He's speaking? Did I lose you in that?

If God is speaking, it's far more weighty than me praying. As a matter of fact, I would say, If God really speaks first-party part, you're in danger.

Because either it's going to be creative to your soul or bring judgment to your soul. Remember, Jesus said, "I didn't come to judge you right now, but every word that I speak will judge you."

And so if we're in session and the Lord all of a sudden starts speaking and you don't hear what He has to say, oh dear one, this is the one who with one word created the universe.

And if He's truly Him speaking, you're in hot water if you don't listen to what He has to say and do what He has to say. Because it's God who's speaking first-party part.

And you know the privilege and honor it is to be able to hear God speak first-party part. The angels long to be in our presence to get to hear God speak first-party part.

Not second-party, not third-party, first-party. Scripture says prophecy is the voice of Jesus into our midst. Is that not first-party part?

Because you were formerly darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. So if you've gained the consciousness of His presence and you come into His presence and into His mind and you stay in Him.

You'll walk as the children of that light only and not walk according to your thoughts of darkness and your planning. Every plan that you have is not from God. Not possible. Only God's plans.

If He speaks and gives a plan, He's going to substantiate it in Scripture, but He's also going to substantiate it with one of His agents.

So we have this triad where there's no mistakes. We have what the Scripture says, we have what I heard, and we have one of His men.

If all three of those line up, you can take it to the bank. But what happens is usually I heard God. It's usually anti-Scripture or Scripture out of context because it's something you wanted.

Hello? You will too. Because that used to be our good old Papa. He taught us His ways. He taught us how to lie to ourselves.

But Jesus came to rescue us from the kingdom of darkness and bring us into a kingdom of light that He owns. We were in the kingdom of darkness, ruled by the king of darkness, which was Satan.

When you came to Jesus and said, "He said, 'I'd like to rescue you from that kingdom.' Would you like to become a citizen in my kingdom?"

Yes, Lord. Okay, were you ready to take some citizenship classes? This is citizenship class. It has to do with our conduct and us believing the laws that He has set forth and His instructions that He has set forth.

If I come into the Holy Spirit, I can now see the light of those instructions that are in Scripture. But if I'm not in the Holy Spirit or I'm not under His authority, can I see the light that's in the Scripture?

Thank you. I didn't even know that was on.

Okay, we'll pick up next week.

John 1:4 says, "In him, the word was is not really a word that was. It is a perpetual thing. In him is life. And this life that's in him is a light to men."

Are you a man? Ladies, you can raise your hand too.

Remember, you're a woeman. God made you, and Adam went, woo. So you were the first woeman. And man will still do that.

You young stars that are going to be getting married here in the future, your husband's going to go, woo. Yeah, stars in his eyes. God will absolutely blind him and follow you around and drool.

Is that not true, guys? Yeah?

That's a dirty thing God did to us, for sure. But wasn't it a pleasant thing if we will get Him involved?

John 8:12 says, "Then Jesus spoke again to them, saying, 'I am the light.' Can you hear Him say? He's standing in our midst, saying to you, with your name, I am the light."

There is no light. I am the light.

And I'm the light of... The world of your consciousness. If you want a consciousness with me in the kingdom, my father. If you'll make that your world.

Come and follow me, then you'll not walk in the darkness, but you'll walk in this light of life that I have for you.

A light that will bring spiritual consciousness that you can interchange with the Father, the Son, the Spirit, and all the creatures that are in heavenly places. But also, how about interchange with the brothers and sisters that are in that interchange?

We don't interchange with those who are not a part of God, do we? We're not supposed to.

Wasn't the Hebrews commanded have nothing to do with the Gentiles? Hello?

There was a separation there. And God's a sticketer for separation to have nothing to do with those who aren't in me other than telling them I'm here.

We're not supposed to be like the world. We're not supposed to think like the world. We're not supposed to engage with the world.

Other than, would you like to hear about Jesus?

There's our part of interchange with the world.

Well, yeah, I haven't heard that.

Now we have a worthy candidate because no one comes to Jesus except He draws them.

No one comes to God except God draws them. So you can't bake enough cookies and make enough changes in a person's life and do enough and loan them enough money to get them to Jesus.

You're not a miniature Messiah and you don't have one in your pocket. If you've got a little thing in your pocket, it's going to be a troll or gnome.

And that's not going to draw anybody to God. You'll walk with God and Him being in your midst makes them conscious of somebody.

Somebody's there. They see the light that God's shining in your life. There's your witness.

You don't have to go to somebody and say blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

And they say, well, you're just a religious phony that you got it all right.

And yeah, you're surrounded with all the good things of life.

And that's what people do. But I remind you, what's the good things of life to God? It's filth. It's the thing of a pig is you can bring them into a nice clean pig pen.

They'll root around. They'll take their water trough and turn it over in their food, turn it over and then they wallow in it. But while they're doing that, there's other things that get mixed in.

And they don't care. I think this is a lovely affair. I've got my own way here.

And they roll around in it and I don't know if you've ever raised a pig or not. It's not a pleasant thing. It is when the bacon hits the table and that's the only time.

Elsewise, you have a pig that absolutely stinks and will always do pig things. You cannot.

And what do they do? They like their nose in it. They like to root and mix it up in every bit of dirt and everything that there is.

They just keep rooting to mix it in. We too will keep rooting to mix it in unless we will speak to Jesus.

And Jesus spoke to them saying, "I am the light." I'm the light.

Of the world that I have for you. I'm a light shining into your dark world.

Will you come out of your dark world? I'm not going to shine light into your pig pen so that you'll have a lit pig pen and you can do pig things better.

My light shines in my presence, in me, and I allow you to come out of that. And He who follows me will not walk in the pig pen darkness, his own thoughts, his own way, his own plan.

And you'll see your time clock changes.

As a matter of fact, there have been in times past people that come to me and here's my calendar. I say, tear it up.

And if you come to me, would you give me a new calendar? I'll mark all the Sundays and I'll mark all the Wednesdays.

And I say, you do what you want the rest of the time. These are His.

And it's the whole day. I mean, if you're so dumb as a brick that you can't figure that out, then you have a problem in just being.

One who wants to come where the light is. That's resistance and rebellion.

And it's the worship of Baal. The worship of Baal was revelry.

I get to go play and do what I want. God's with me.

Did you realize that's what Baal was about?

Enabling people to go do what they wanted and have a party and have fun.

And you can have good Christian fun, but it's still a party.

And you're intoxicated with your own flesh and your own joys and your own purposes. You're intoxicated that, oh, I saw this and I saw this and I saw this.

I met a lady not too long ago. Her whole theme and her life was around one thing: We're going to go to every place on the planet Earth that will thrill our heart.

And there's only one place on planet Earth that will thrill that lady's heart.

But her flush is so great that she lives for one thing, just to travel.

Oh, Lord, does she stand a chance? Not if she's going to travel. Would you agree with that?

That has to be forfeited.

Why? Because it's her enemy that will keep her out of God's presence permanently forever and ever and ever.

But I hope it makes you nervous because the first thing that God does is, well, let's review your calendar. Let's review your purposes. Let's review how you conducted yourself.

You said you belonged to me, but yet you had all these fits and bouts and passions and wrinkled up lips and red-faced actions when you didn't get what you wanted.

Those were not of me. I'm sorry, you don't pass the test.

I sent my Holy Spirit, my son. My son could pay for that, but you had to stay in Him for payment to be made.

My Holy Spirit was sent to you. For you to do what He says. And if you're not doing what He says, what are you?

A blasphemer against the Holy Spirit. What won't be forgiven? Blaspheming against the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit says, "Do this." I'm not doing that. If you consciously say, no, I'm not doing it your way.

You blasphemed. Blaspheming is telling the Holy Spirit. It's not being dumb as a brick. It's not just rebellion. It's, I've got this handled.

What are you doing here?

I'm sorry. Holy Spirit came. Jesus died so that you could come into the Holy Spirit.

And now the Holy Spirit is saying, trying to give you instructions that will interrupt you and your plans.

I promise you, it'll be holy hell for you because you think I'm being interrupted.

I was going here and I'll meet Jesus down there. Who are you to command that Jesus is supposed to be down there at your playground?

Hello?

Because they choose to walk in darkness because they've selected leaders who are in darkness that will certify what they do.

And they thought, well, we just love Jesus. I said, no, you don't.

Scripture says, if you love me, obey me. And it says, those who do not obey me don't love me.

John chapter 15, right?

How many times have we gone through that?

And I have to continue to remind myself of that so that my love is pure out of my obedience to Him.

It helps keep Curtis in check.

And Curtis knows how to play chess, unfortunately. But God, He can move where He wants on the board.

He's just got one thing, and it's the king thing, and it's just...

All my pieces go flying.

Yes, Lord.

Not only do you play chess, the chessboard's yours.

And I don't have any men.

I didn't realize that. So He gives us, follow me. Come out of your darkness. Come out of your whiny ways. Come out of your thoughts. Come out of your emotions.

And if we do, we'll have...

A light that will give us life in His presence.

And remember, you substitute a life in His presence for a life in your presence with your darkness. It's not worth the substitution.

2 Corinthians 4 and 6 say, "For God who said, 'Light shall shine out of the darkness.' How can that be?

If I will come into Him.

I'm in Jesus and now light."

Here is the cleaned and formatted sermon transcription:

'S going to shine out of me. And you thought you were going to be the theological ogre. An ogre just has one eye. It thinks it can understand what God says. I'm going to go explain it to my neighbors. No, they see you're one eye. They see you as an ogre. They see you half-dressed, hairy-legged ape. They see that you don't have anything to offer them because you're not offering them God. They see the darkness talking about God. What God? Who's God? You don't have any God. You're your God. Oh, you're selling me that I get to be my God and then I'll have all the blessings that you have. And that's your God. And oh, I like your God. It's made you wealthy. It's given you all these things. Yeah, I want to serve that God. And who is that?

Me, myself, and I. Lord of the universe. He says, light shall shine out of the darkness. Is the one who has shown in our hearts to give light of the eponosis. Of the glory of God in the face of Christ. The eponosis means again, Jesus, our hope. My hope is, Lord, I want to do it your way so that I can feel you today. I can sense you. I can hear you. I can walk with you. There's my hope. If your hope was in any other type of transaction of the day, you missed the heavenly transaction that is offered to you every minute of the day.

You can come out of being a raggedy nothingness at any time. But it's a conscious decision. No, I am not doing this. No, I will not do this. No, I will not think this. You have a mind. It's strong enough to get you what you want, even if you have to use a club, a gun, or tears, or acid emotions. I don't know. Which is worse, to be shot or dipped in a vat of acid? Huh? I'd say the acid's worse, wouldn't you?

How many think the acid is worse than being shot? Yeah. Why? Because you've probably been sprayed. I think there was some insect that it sprays its victim with acid. There used to be a dinosaur that did that. Did you know that? I know so because it was on that Jurassic Park movie, right? Oh, I wasn't there.

So he's shown it into your heart. Your heart is your conscious mind and how it's calculating out the equations of the day. So his light is going to shine into your equation so you can stop your equation number one, realize it's not his equation number two, realize he has an equation and his equation is, if you're thirsty, come to me.

Well, I'll do that at the end of the day. I've got to make this phone call and this phone call. Meanwhile, God hears you, you know, you're over there. Oh, shall we pray? I'm sorry you had to overhear that. I had to fix this thing. Child of hell that you are. Everybody's a witness. Why aren't you?

It wasn't anything that Jesus wanted you to handle on the other end. That was you and your flesh and the dinosaur acid person within you. So he comes. He says, I'm standing right here. Do you want to follow me? I'm shining my light on your darkness. Do you want to come so I can do something with your heart?

Your heart is supposed to fully belong to him. And it doesn't have time to do anything. You'll give an account for every moment you wasted. And what's the light supposed to do? Shine the light on the revelation of Jesus in our midst so that the knowledge that comes in us, you're here.

The glory of God in the face of Jesus. Your face, your heart, your mind is supposed to be being changed into his likeness. Into his purposes. We can't get to his purpose unless we, our greatest hope is you being in our midst and you being my Lord and my master.

And if you truly want that, I promise you, Pastor Curtis, I've got my 27 calendars for the next 30 years. What would you like to do with those? Well, I want to talk to you about them. God's not interested in talking about your calendar. He could care less about your calendar.

You'll never have his attention. If you show up, have you got a fireplace where I can burn these? Will you help me? Will you set me free from these calendars? Sure. But will you take the new calendar from him? Because you just go home and write another calendar. Or you let somebody else write it that is over you that loves to play.

Everything in your life is supposed to be surrendered to Jesus. And if you're caught with anything in your hands. The weight of that one thing will keep you here when the rapture happens. The weight of that one thing will keep you here when the rapture happens. Why do I keep saying that? Because if you're alive and the rapture happens, you miss it.

And if you're dead and you didn't do what he wanted you to do and you blew it and you lived your life for yourself, you still don't get that rapture, do you? Twice dead. But he offers something different. And he says, I'm real. I'm here. Come to me.

I'm real. I'm light. Let me shine it in and kill that cancer that's in your thoughts. It's like a laser pinpoint. It can detect the cell that's in rebellion. And how many of you have been under that light? I mean, he's giving me like a lightsaber, and sometimes I just shine it right on the spot.

And you deny it. I said, well, let's heat it up and see. You know? So, Lord, what do you want to do? He said, make it explode so that you can see your ill-mannered hostility towards God. You know, I said, well, you got this here. Oh, I'm just such a good Christian.

That's human nature, dear one. If you've done that, that's because you're human. But if you don't do that, that's because you've decided to come to Jesus, which can dehumanize you. Do you get a new body? Hello? Is it a human body? Uh-uh.

Was it a human body that Adam had? Uh-uh. It was made in God's likeness. God the Father doesn't have a human body, does he? The Son does. But he had to come here and get it some years later. If you miss him now, you'll miss him now.

If you miss him now, you missed the wonderful plan he had for your life. And you'll look back upon the filthy life that you chose of all your successes, and you'll weep. And you'll weep as you stand before the throne and your calendars are gone over.

You know, I tell you right now, I dread that day. If your calendar your whole life has been about you, I have to stand there for about a thousand years listening to you drone on and God bring his accusations and he'll bring the truth and play it like a big movie before the universe and the whole universe.

Yeah, they're guilty. Let's get on with it. We want to come in. Why do you think God is going to play this big reel of your actions? He's not going to leave anything out.

But he gives you the opportunity to start walking in Jesus and let Jesus, if Jesus doesn't have your counter in his hands on that cross, you're in trouble. If Jesus doesn't have your attitude and your raunchiness and your control hanging on his cross, who owns it? You own it when you take it to the grave because he didn't take it.

And who will stand trial for that atrocity of not listening to the Holy Spirit? Because the Holy Spirit's right now talking to you about your atrocity. And if you're not going to listen to what the Holy Spirit says about your atrocities, is that resisting the Holy Spirit?

And how long can we resist the Holy Spirit to the point that it becomes blaspheming against him? It says that's not going to be forgiven. I give you strong warning about that.

Strong warning. Holy Spirit is here speaking to you about your insolence and your arrogance, speaking to you about the wasted life that God gave you that you've wasted on your sensual pleasures or your survival, however you want to paint it.

Or if you're one of those people that love to play with your emotions, you've wasted your life on your emotions. Silly you. Living it in a consciousness of his presence to where you didn't have to live in acid that. If you're squirting acid out of your eyes and acid out of your mouth, you live in that acid.

It's a horrible life. Inside, you'll just weep and weep. And Jesus says, come to me. If you come to me and do it my way, there'll be no more weeping. There'll be no more pain. Because your flesh is what gives you pain. It's what gives me pain.

There'll be more and more sorrow. He will heal you. Walk with him. Consider these things deeply and carefully this day. They are from him, from his spirit, to you and your spirit to come to him.

All who are thirsty, come to him. All who wants to drink the clear water of the life lived in him, come to him. With everything that you have, come to him.

Father, I thank you for your word. I thank you that you would speak. I thank you that you would draw us to yourself and that you would shine your light so bright that we can be liberated this day.

It is not a sorrowful thing to be liberated from the pigsty. It is a joyful thing. I praise you and thank you that your light is so precise. That it can shoot down the missiles of our intentional misunderstandings. That it can shoot down the excuses that we give ourselves for defiling ourselves with our own pleasures and purposes and wants and desires.

Reveal yourself to us that we would want you. That we could do an honest comparison. My pleasures are you. Either you're the greatest pleasure in our life and we're drawn to you. We make a decision that the greatest pleasure is getting our way. And we walk away.

Make that a definite thing in our heart this day. Clear understanding. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen. Amen. We'll be meeting again.
